ALL ADULTS who will live in the home or visit for more than 3 days must apply and be approved. We are not currently accepting Zillow applications. Must provide proof of timely payment of last 12 months' rent.  This can be in the form of screenshots from online payment portals, receipts from verifiable property management company, screenshot of monthly withdrawals or payments from your bank account, etc.

Yes, we do pull a credit report, but the score does not matter as much as the content. Things like student loans and medical debt will harm your score, but not in the same way as multiple charge-offs to creditors. We encourage you to apply even if your credit is not so great. If your application is borderline, we may be able to approve you with additional security deposit.  Being able to prove that you have paid your last 12 months' rent on time weighs much more heavily with our underwriter than your credit score does!

No violent felonies, no pending criminal charges, and no evictions for any adult resident.
